A Panel of Advisers is being
formed to maintain Australian and international links and to sponsor
cross-national collaborations and comparisons. Foundation members
of the Panel include the Clerks of the House of Representatives
(Ian Harris, papers)
and of the Senate (Harry Evans, papers),
